Registered grape growers can log in to wineries they supply to access specific business information and tools that will assist them in managing their vineyard. To log in just enter your username and password in the panel on the left of this screen.
The Grapeweb solution provides wineries with a set of applications and tools that enable improved communication and interaction between wineries and their grape growers.
New restriction on use in 'Recommendations' tables
• Products containing eugenol, geraniol and thimol are restricted to: Use no later than 14 days before harvest.
Important points
Ask your winery/grape purchaser if they have specific chemical recommendations. These might differ from the advice in 'Recommendations'
A 30-day withholding period for all herbicide active constituents is recommended. If weed control is required within 30 days of harvest, contact your winery prior to spraying.
Avoid spraying some types of foliar fertiliser closer than 60 days before harvest, as wine quality might be affected.
Grapeweb Announcements February 2021
Block Analytics - Now Available for growers AND Wineries!
As a Grapeweb user, you will know that the Grapeweb system collects information from you in the form of spray records, maturity and tonnage estimates. Your winery also uses Grapeweb to communicate with you in relation to your vineyard. We have provided the Grapeweb system to many Australian wineries for over a decade. We now have a substantial database of block information.
Today, we are announcing an exciting new block data analysis package that may include (depending on the reports and data requirements of your winery):
Spray record information
Amounts of chemical products used each year
Number of sprays by type and product
Maturity data
Graphs of maturity data from grower submissions and winery measurements for each block
Tonnage estimates
The latest estimate submitted for each year and block
Weighnote Tonnage
Total tonnage delivered per block
This analytics package is provided FREE of CHARGE to every Grapeweb grower. We hope you will find this data useful in managing your vineyard business. Or, as a winery staff member, you can now use Grapeweb Block Analytics to view your growers' data in a new feature rich format.
You can access this package by logging into Grapeweb, selecting “Grower Spray Diary” from the main menu and looking for “Block Analytics” on the Grapeweb Vineyard Management(or for wineries, Grapeweb Winery Management) menu. (First time users may experience slow page loads.)

Grapeweb Extensions
We are announcing a partnership program with third party companies involved in the wine industry. We are today providing you with simple and easy access to information and resources that you may find useful. We have developed the ability for you to click through to selected third party partner websites where you will be able to access information, services and offerings from these organisations. We do this with your privacy in mind, so these partner companies can only access information that you choose to provide to them, and only if you choose to participate at all.
Our first partnership is with Corteva Agriscience through their new “GrowPlus” initiative. GrowPlus is being launched with an emphasis on viticulture and provides these services:
“Ask the specialist”
Product finder
Fact sheets and technical information
Earn points redeemable for thousands of rewards and experiences.
You can access GrowPlus by clicking on the “Corteva Agriscience GrowPlus” logo from the Grapeweb Home page.
We are actively pursuing more partnerships which will provide more benefits to growers. Be confident that we do not supply any grower information to these partners – your participation is 100% voluntary. Any information you provide to Grapeweb partners is entirely up to you.
If you choose to participate in these partnerships, we would be eager to hear what you think of their offerings.
The Grapeweb Team.
Grapeweb Resistance Management
Grapeweb now offers a system to advise growers of potential fungicide resistance issues.
Wine industry organisations provide guidance on how to minimise the risk of the development of resistance to fungicide chemicals. Only certain chemical groups are susceptible to resistance development. For each relevant chemical group, the Grapeweb Resistance Managament System includes guidance on:
the maximum number of sprays per season
the maximum number of consecutive sprays
the maximum number of solo sprays
the maximum percentage of sprays
the minimum number of sprays of another group between sprays of susceptible chemical groups
The intention of the Grapeweb Resistance Management System is to provide guidance to growers to minimise resistance of pests / diseases to certain chemicals. This system provides information to growers to correct future chemical application practices.
Grapeweb Resistance Management is an optional extra available to Grapeweb wineries to assist their growers in minimizing resistance to relevant fungicide chemical groups.
